Because our products are handmade, please read this carefully before ordering.
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Custom / made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within [48] hours of delivery at support@karigarkutir.in with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
As handmade and personal items, candles and finished decor are not eligible for return once used, except for damage or a wrong item as above.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within [5–7] business days of approval.
Minor differences in colour, finish and texture are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects.
